Enjoy Prejean's in the comfort of your home! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove lid and plastic cup of creole sauce. Cover with tin foil. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Remove tin foil and broil on high for 3 minutes-watch carefully so the top doesn't burn. Top with warmed creole sauce. Serves up to 2 people.
